- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As with any new partnership we utilize our communication skills to cover most of the questions that may arise and we stay open and honest as the relationship develops. Sometimes it takes a few visits to establish the perfect custom service for your specific application. But, let us assure you that it is possible to enjoy the experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The formal training I received at my previous places of employment covered many various aspects of the industry. I received training at places you might know like; Little Creek Casino Hotel, Simpson Timber Mill, you've got maids and a few smaller companies. Finally the housekeeping team at Saint Peter's hospital for 9 years to top it off before I decided to follow my dreams and go into business for myself. My education is ongoing and I stay up to date with the latest advancements and info from the cleaning community and the local health officials.
