- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reasonable, but competitive. We offer discounts on any initial service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We charge an upfront service fee which will be added to the total cost of your project. When working with our new customers we do a walkthrough of the property and inspect the area(s) to be serviced which may include photos, measurements. choose paint colors etc. After the completion of the walkthrough a percentage of the payment is due when the first invoice is provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our painters are Journey Level professionals with at least 30 years experience in all aspects of painting from industrial to residential and commercial. There isn't much our staff hasn't seen in all their years of painting.
