- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 2 different service packages for Reputation Marketing. Both have a one-time setup fee and then a recurring monthly fee. We also offer customized plans where the structure is still setup+monthly fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this industry, I would not survive without continuously educating myself. I spend quite a lot of time reading articles and attending webinars; and after this many years, I know which "gurus" are worth following.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are corporate consultants; we were looking for a way to advertise our services online when we came across the concept of video marketing. We learned it, followed the instructions - and landed a large client shortly after our videos showed up on Google! Since it was both fun and effective, we then started doing the same service for local small businesses who did not want to spend the time learning this whole thing.
