TRANSPARENT LOCAL MOVING PRICING • 2 movers + truck: $200/hour • Each additional mover: +$100/hour • 3-hour minimum • Standard truck & travel fee: $150, covering dispatch, fuel, mileage, and crew travel time to and from the job location • Longer routes are quoted separately based on the route and confirmed in writing before booking INCLUDED AT NO CHARGE Moving blankets and tape used during the move. ACCESS & SPECIAL ITEMS Stairs, elevators, parking access, and long carries are reviewed in advance because they may affect the total work time. Any special handling, additional labor, or equipment is discussed and confirmed in writing before booking. • Items over 250 lbs: reviewed based on weight, access, equipment, and difficulty • Packing supplies: available for an additional charge We explain and approve every charge before work begins. We use modern software and photo- or video-based estimating to prepare accurate, fair estimates. Military personnel and hospital or healthcare workers receive a 5% discount. When you book, we reserve a dedicated crew, truck, and time slot for your move.
