- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't like nor use a complicated pricing system at all. We keep things simple. We NEVER shoot on an hourly basis. Even if we make less money overall, we focus on customer happiness. So if we have a shoot that's estimated to go two hours and we're not happy with the results, we'll stay until we're happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael is a technology junkie. If there's new technology chances are he already knows about it and has already purchased it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
It all depends on trends and the time of the year. Right now, summer is here. We're doing a ton of outdoor family portraits. Washington Parks are absolutely beautiful. When you mix in a happy family you make some pretty magical photos.
