To my knowledge, we provide the only computer service that does not charge if we do not fix your computer problem. We have been working with PCs since the age of MS-DOS. We work with all kinds of operating systems including Window (all varieties), Mac OS, Android, and Linux. While we work with just about any client, we find that senior citizens appreciate our work the most. We handle all sensitive information with the utmost integrity. No customer passwords are kept and no bank account information has ever been compromised under our watch.

James helped us set up a new laptop, a gaming computer for my 13 year old, new router, wifi adapter, fixed our roku, dealt with our cable company, installed new cable box, transfered all our precious pictures and files from each device to our one drive, bought and set up our adapter, and windows 10. All on the same day we contacted him. I swear he doesn't sleep, because each time i had a question he responed immediately. Very kind, professional, and taught us a lot! Not to mention his prices were less than i could have imagined. I had quotes that were 3 times as much as James charged us! Thank you! We are happy customers, that will only use James with Promotional Express!
