I was very specific in my request for bid. contating me to discuss what we need done did not need to be done, rather an appointment to provide estimate. We signed on with DaBella for roof. When I met Tim for a estimate I was impressed I have quite a few projects, he listened and was measuring everything I have never hired a contractor before so I wasn't sure what my part I needed to do during the process I didn't ask when they would start. I knew they were working on other jobs so we will sit and wait for our turn. Tim was very kind and took on all my projects I needed done. The only thing I would like is more communication and when They say I will get back to you tonight they follow through. But very kind people. I will follow up after work is compleated.
