- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a general pricing system depending on where the wedding will be taking place and how many times we have to meet in person to carry out the plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the couple to get an idea of what they want for their special day. We figure out the order of service and decide on a particular ceremony wording style or theme. Then I edit the chosen wording and email the first draft to them. Then we finalize the wording. I then do the wedding rehearsal if requested, and of course do the wedding day ceremony.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading and seeking out new ideas.
