After reaching out to other contractors without any responses, American Drain responded within minutes of my submitted service request. Despite my request coming in near closing time, they scheduled someone to come out for an estimate the next morning. The contractor showed up as scheduled and was prepared to proceed immediately once the estimate was accepted. Work request to work completion was less than 20 hours. Fantastic experience!

Im Maria works at Kentwood AFH here in Kent. We had a washing machine pipes not working for 5 months now. My Bosses called couple of companies to look at the problem. They finally called American Mains and Drains and Max and his co worker forgot his name solved the plumbing problem perfectly done. I have no more complain of doing the laundry using a hose anymore to drain in the bathroom drainage. These 2 guys did a hard work and great job.
