Excellent communicator, let me know right away that our special-order grout was delayed (with a screen shot from the provider to prove it), and then scheduled the grout repair the day after it arrived. Got in, repaired the grout, cleaned up and left. Great job.

We don’t do hack jobs, I’m sorry but we’re professional and only do professional work that meets all NTCA guidelines, so we rather get a 1 star review from someone we never work for, over damaging our reputation by doing a hack job just so you can save money.
