- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always recommend a client check a consumer cost site like “homewyse to make sure the pice of a project is in line with their budget. And always keep in mind with most projects where’s a few unforeseen expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I enjoy meeting with the customer face to face in their home or wherever the project is. That way they are comfortable and can walk me through their vision. Can I can see first hand what it will take to make it a Reality.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been handy as I've grown up in the Midwest. After high school I went to train school. Since being in the Seattle area I've been doing a lot of house flips and helping of family and friends with their home projects.
