Our carpets look like new! Oscar did a stellar job. He arrived when he said he would and was done when he said he would be! No muss, no fuss. When Oscar toured the rooms to be cleaned, I pointed out some damage from a previous cat. He mentioned an enzyme cleaner (for additional cost) but said if itʻs not a new stain, we shouldn't use it, and that it works better for dog stains, in any case. Personable, professional, and honest! Not to mention, he took time to greet our current cat, which impressed my kid. We would not hesitate to hire Oscar again. Finally, a carpet cleaning company I won't only use once!
