Every project is different, so pricing depends on size, materials, site conditions, and design. We provide clear estimates after reviewing the project and discussing the customer's goals. We focus on realistic pricing rather than low starting prices that change later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the project, location, approximate size, materials, and timeline. For most deck and outdoor projects, we schedule an on-site estimate, review the existing conditions, discuss options, and then provide a detailed estimate for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience combines years of hands-on residential construction with manufacturer training and professional contractor certifications from Trex, Deckorators, and TimberTech. We stay current with installation requirements, product systems, and best practices for composite decking, railings, and outdoor structures.
