FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, transparent pricing based on the job. Many projects can be quoted at a flat rate so you know the total upfront, while others are billed at $65/hour with a 2-hour minimum. I always communicate pricing clearly before starting any work — no surprises. Discounts may be available for larger or multiple projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding your project details through messages or photos so I can provide an estimate. Once we agree on the scope and price, we schedule a time that works for you. I show up on time, complete the work efficiently and professionally, and make sure everything is clean and working properly before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience across a wide range of home repairs including electrical fixtures, plumbing, and general handyman work. I stay up to date on best practices and focus on doing every job safely and correctly. I’m also licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington, giving customers added peace of mind.
