I contacted Viktor at Viksflooring regarding a section of my kitchen floor that had begun lifting due to weather and normal house movement. He was the only contractor I reached out to who offered a free estimate, and he promptly came out to assess the issue. Within minutes, he clearly identified the problem, explained the repair process, and provided a very reasonable quote.
He arrived on time the following day and walked me through the affected areas and his repair plan. When it became clear that the board had cracked and full replacement would normally be required, Viktor took the time to find a cost-effective solution that stayed within the original estimate. He carefully removed the seam, secured the flooring with adhesive, and addressed additional problem areas by removing the baseboards and making preventative adjustments.
Viktor was professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. His workmanship was excellent, and his pricing was fair. I highly recommend Viksflooring and will gladly hire him again for future flooring projects.
