We live in San Francisco and needed an inspection for a new construction property in Seattle. Booking was easy, even last minute. John was very thorough, and it's clear that Sterling is very well organized. Presentation folder and all information provided is very professionally organized. It was good that John was able to check the radiant floor heating with an app that uses visual heat sensors. Price was competitive with other quotes I received. Very happy with the overall experience and would easily recommend them to others.
