On the week grandma was to move out, the cleaners no-showed. It left us 4 days to complete a housecleaning. King T replied within 20 minutes of my distress request and was able to come in 2 days. He cleaned the entire house. When I walked in you could smell the cleaning products! - this is a good sign! Grandma didn’t have to lift a finger.
Also, because Grandma’s money is managed by family, Terrell sent a request for payment via app. Long story short, we dropped the ball and took over a day to get him paid which I’m embarrassed by.. my point is though that King T was responsive, understanding, patient & professional despite our family dynamic. And for that I am most grateful.

Sherice came by and did such an amazing job! The house smells so clean and perfect. She cleaned EVERYTHING really thoroughly.
Terrell's super responsive and this whole experience was awesome. Can't recommend enough.

I could not be happier with Terrell's service!!! He did a move-out cleaning for us and the house absolutely sparkles!!! It was embarrassingly dirty as I'm healing from shoulder surgery and haven't been cleaning much. Terrell is so pleasant in his communication, has excellent customer service and his cleaning skills are off the chart! We moved out of his service area but would not hesitate to use his services again if we could. Highly recommend!!!

I really appreciate the work that Devin (sent by Terrell) did. During the hiring process, Terrell was responsive and friendly and put up with my sense of humor! Devin was professional and very friendly, as well, and did a fantastic job cleaning our house. We got it all cleaned up just in time for hosting guests that weekend.

Cannot recommend enough! We had a last minute cancellation from another company and I reached out to Terrell and he was able to get us in for the following day!
We had a move out cleaning done and our house was spotless and looked new again. Very through and lovely cleaner, we couldn't be happier!
