A and D PRO Painting

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. The estimate you accepted outlined that our work included protecting the worksite, patching small holes, and applying two coats of paint to the ceilings and walls for a clean, even finish. We completed the work according to that scope. When you brought up the paint spots on the floor, our team noted that some appeared to be from a previous paint job rather than from our work prior to starting. We understand that you expected those areas to be cleaned as part of the project, and we're sorry that our expectations were not aligned. If that had been communicated before or during the project, we would have been happy to discuss it and determine the best way to address your concerns. We value every customer's feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our communication and service. We appreciate the opportunity to complete your project and wish you the best.
