- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer haggling is encouraged. I only require a fair and equitable outcome for both parties involved based on any and/or all services provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You have to stay on top of the technology or it will sweep you under just like a riptide or an avalanche.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's been a life-long hobby of mine to tear things apart to see what's inside and then put them back together and see if they still work. So my interest in IT came naturally when I realized that the technology would continue to evolve.
