Responsive, prompt, and reliable. I called on a Sunday morning to see if EcoHaul could help with the final stages of clearing out my childhood home after my parents had passed away. I had ~40 boxes of books that I wanted delivered to a donation site, a few medium-to-large items that I wanted transported to my house, and a couple truckloads of junk (including a piano and a couch) that I needed to take to the dump. Edward, the owner, came over on the same day to assess the situation and provide me with an estimate. He was able to accommodate my somewhat precise timing needs on short notice. He and his crew came as scheduled later that week and got the job done as promised! The whole process was as smooth as I could hope for.
