Poor customer service and response. I had to call several times to get a start date established. They missed their second visit and did not call to reschedule until I followed up. They showed up late in the day the following day after they had missed the scheduled day. This has not been a good experience at all!

We had an awesome experience with John and his team, who were very friendly and hard-working. They showed up on time and communicated in order to make sure they would meet our expectations. They got to work and finished quickly! We're very happy with how our yard looks now. I definitely recommend!
