Introduction: I offer traditional in office individual, couples and family counseling. My office is centrally located in downtown Puyallup, within walking distance of the sounder train, and has free parking. I also offer support for expectant and new moms, postpartum support groups, parent coaching, and other services designed to help families and parents. Clients have said they appreciate my straightforward style and easygoing nature. I try to cultivate an atmosphere that is comfortable and conducive to good therapeutic work. I rely heavily on techniques that have been shown to produce good results for clients' experiencing depression, anxiety and other relationship issues.
