What You Should Know About Our Pricing: Our pricing is based on the type of service, event size, duration, and any custom add-ons you select. Here's a quick breakdown: ~Bartending Services: We offer hourly packages that include certified bartenders, bar setup, glassware, and cleanup. ~Dry Bar Rentals: Priced by the day or event, includes delivery, setup, and pickup. ~Wine-Based Cocktails & Beverage Packages: Custom pricing based on guest count and drink menu selections. Add-On Options: -Espresso bar service through our partner, Cafe Perk -Gourmet catering packages -Custom drink menus and signature cocktails -Glassware, garnish kits, mixers, and decor Fees & Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Travel fees may apply for locations 20 miles outside of Pierce County. Holiday or late-night events may include an additional fee. Discounts & Bundles: We offer discounted rates for bundled services (e.g., bar + espresso + catering). Nonprofit and weekday event discounts are available—just ask! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for Working with a New Customer: Initial Inquiry & Discovery Call We start with a quick consultation—via phone, email, or in person—to learn more about your event, including the date, location, guest count, and the type of experience you’re envisioning. Customized Proposal Based on your needs, we’ll send over a tailored proposal outlining bar service options (beer, wine, cocktails, dry bar hire), available packages, and any add-ons like espresso service or catering through our partner, Cafe Perk. Booking & Deposit Once you’re ready to move forward, we secure your date with a signed service agreement and a deposit. Event Planning & Coordination Leading up to your event, we stay in touch to finalize your drink menu, setup preferences, and timeline. If you’ve added catering or espresso service, we’ll coordinate directly with Cafe Perk to ensure a seamless experience. Execution & Service On the day of your event, our team arrives early to set up and deliver top-tier service—from cocktail crafting to cleanup—so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. Follow-Up After your event, we love hearing your feedback and are always happy to work with you again for future events!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Ombré on the Rocks, all of our bartenders are MAST certified (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) as required by Washington State, ensuring they’re fully trained in responsible alcohol service. Our team brings years of hands-on experience in both catering and bartending environments—ranging from intimate private parties to large-scale weddings and corporate events.
