- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ve spent years attending events where there’s not a coffee vendor and people wish there was! So I’ve taken over 10 years barista experience and started offering espresso on the go.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started in High School at the coffee stand, moved into renting a commissary kitchen creating baked goods and selling at farmers markets. Noticed the lack of espresso at these events and decided to pursue selling espresso drinks. We’ve since added our waffle pop creations as well as waffle sandwiches which are a huge hit at corporate catering and events.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with large corporate companies, small events such as graduation parties and weddings up to 400 guests. We also attend large festivals over 30K people
