- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the home and the number of images needed. I offer transparent, flat-rate packages with no hidden fees. For new clients, I offer a first-time discount. If the location is outside my main service area (30 miles from Seattle), a small travel fee may apply. Rush delivery is also available for an additional charge. I always provide a clear quote up front so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is simple, professional, and fast. 1. I start by asking the address, square footage, and your preferred shoot date/time. 2. I confirm the shoot via message or phone and send a reminder the day before. 3. On the shoot day, I arrive on time and photograph the entire home—interior and exterior. 4. After the shoot, I professionally edit all images (light, color)deliver them within 5hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received formal photography training in China, where I studied both the technical and artistic aspects of photography. During that time, I focused on lighting, composition, and post-processing—all of which are essential for high-quality real estate photography.
