Got an appointment fast and Freddy was almost smack dab on time at the start of the window we were told he'd arrive. Freddy took time to explain his findings and what the fix was, and was very upfront about the entire process. This is who I'd want to fix something at my mom's house.

We had a water pressure issue in only part of the house after flushing our water heater. Freddy was on-time, knew exactly how to isolate and identify the issue and had it done SUPER FAST, while i was off doing other things! They have earned my trust and i will use them again in the future!!

Talking about fast, efficient, timely, and customer service friendly, these people are right on point! My experience with them was great from the beginning of my call to the end of my service completion! I needed a plumber for my toilet right away and they were able to provide service same day of my call. They let you know who's coming along with a picture and short biography of that person and my plumber Ali was Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done in no time! He even went above and beyond as outside of my toilet being stopped up, I had an old flusher that wasn't working very well, he went out and came back within minutes with a new flusher, installed it and it was good to go! They even make paying them easy and convenient, my Bank doesn't offer Zelle, but another paying service called "Pay Anyone" The company had never used this form of payment before but were willing to try it out with me. Their Manager called me and patiently stayed with me on the phone while I made the transfer of funds from me to them and it worked out great! They got their payment and I got my service! I highly and strongly recommend this company and will definately reach out to them again for my future plumbing needs. Kudos to the Receptionist, my Plumber Ali and the Manager, excellent job and well done! Hats off to 1-800 Plumbing & Air!

we price by the job, not by the hour. Because every plumbing system is unique, a licensed technician must physically assess the issue in your home before we can provide an accurate, guaranteed price.
How Our Thumbtack Booking Works:
The Initial Visit: Your Thumbtack booking covers the dispatch of a trained technician to your property at your selected time. This includes a standard visual inspection of up to 15 minutes and an upfront estimate for the permanent fix.
Advanced Diagnostics: If an issue requires deep troubleshooting, disassembly, or advanced testing beyond the initial 15-minute visual check, a diagnostic fee may apply.
Your Booking Credit: To make your decision easier, we waive or credit this initial visit charge directly toward the cost of your repair if you move forward with the job during the same trip!

Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your 1-800-Plumber +Air professional is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
