- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a complimentary health consult so I can learn more about you and your needs and ensure I'm the best person for the job. I will then suggest one of my coaching plans- however below outlined is the most common plan clients choose. What's Included? Three months is a magical timeframe for setting and achieving goals, understanding your body and what works best for you (as well as what's holding you back or getting in the way) and taking the time to see REAL results. - 3 month program, 8 total sessions; 1, 1 hour session + 7, 30 minute sessions either in-person, by phone or skype - Full nutrition and dietary assessment - Customized Healthy Lifestyle Plan - Guided weekly goal setting and support - Unlimited text and email support (because questions come up and sometimes you just need a little pep talk to keep you on course) Content + Printable Handouts You Can Access Forever Including: - Guide to Real Foods and What's Actually "Healthy" - How to decode your cravings and a healthier way to satisfy them - Grocery Guide and List (with recommended brands to buy) and in-person tour - Pantry and Kitchen Staples Guide + Pantry Makeover - Travel and Eating Out Guide - Meal Prep Tricks + Tips - Weekly Planning Worksheet to maximize meals - Easy "real food" recipes to incorporate into your daily life - BONUS: One-month transition period + 30-minute check-in session for additional support while you switch over to kicking butt all on your own
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I've totally been there and I've got your back. But I also have a Minor in Nutrition through Arizona State University, am a Certified Holistic Health Coach accredited through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a food & culinary nutrition blogger for SofreshNsogreen.com. I've also spent 10+ years in the corporate and tech world and have experienced how difficult it can be to take care of your body, yourself, and your family when you're living every day in such a fast-paced, high-stress world. During this time (and boy has it been a LONG road) I taught myself how to live a healthy lifestyle amidst the chaos and it's my greatest joy to be able to share with you how to condense the process (aka smarter and faster) and tap into your wisdom, your talents and your power (i.e. KILL it in your career and life) by taking better care of yourself.
