FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company adheres to strict standards in the execution of all work and projects. When it is necessary to pour foundations, we exclusively use cement, as concrete blocks are considered unreliable. We offer discounts for regular customers, veterans, and for first-time clients. The most important principle of our work is attentive consideration of the client's wishes. We strive to create exactly what they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process for Working With a New Client on a Deck Design and Installation Project 1. Initial Contact The client reaches out to our company through the website, phone, or email. 2. Preliminary Consultation We conduct an initial interview to understand the client’s needs — including the desired deck size, materials, style, and functional requirements. 3. On-Site Meeting We arrange an on-site visit to discuss the project in more detail. During this meeting, we provide recommendations and suggest design and material options based on the client’s goals and the characteristics of the property. 4. Project Assessment We gather all necessary measurements and evaluate the site conditions. Cost Calculation: We prepare an estimate that includes materials, labor, and any additional project considerations. 5. Proposal Creation We prepare a formal written proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and budget. Discussion: We review the proposal with the client and make any adjustments if needed. 6. Contract Signing Once all details are agreed upon, both parties sign a contract to confirm the terms of the project. 7. Project Execution We begin the deck installation, following all quality and safety standards. 8. Project Completion We perform a final inspection to ensure all work meets the agreed-upon design and professional standards.

I have been involved in house construction for over 15 years, primarily working with wood, but now I enjoy working more with composites and metal, as well as wood. In total, I have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
