FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At In Charge Home Electric, we believe in transparent, upfront pricing. We provide clear estimates before work begins and communicate any changes before proceeding. There are no hidden fees. Pricing varies based on the scope of work, materials required, permit requirements, and site conditions. We offer free estimates for most residential projects and strive to provide exceptional value through quality workmanship and reliable service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project, concerns, and goals. Depending on the project, we may schedule an on-site visit to assess the work and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, obtain permits if required, complete the work safely and professionally, and perform final testing to ensure everything is operating properly. Our goal is to keep communication clear throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in residential electrical installation, troubleshooting, service upgrades, panel replacements, EV charger installations, lighting systems, and code-compliant electrical repairs. We stay current with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and Washington State electrical regulations to ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.
