Fantastic! Rose was patient, thorough, and explained things very well. I definitely recommend their service; they clearly care about making sure each customer is taken care of properly unlike the big companies who just want to check you off the list.
We had a small mouse problem and they helped us to figure out what was going on and set up a solution to deal with them. I actually believe them when they say they will come out if i have an issue! Amazing!
Although they were super responsive from the initial inquiry, I was then bombarded with non stop calls and text messages to the point where I just ended up ignoring them and hired a less than aggressive company to manage my issue.

Sean came to our house today, and gave me a thorough inspection of our house. Ive lived here 38 years, and learned more today about rat prevention than the previous 38 years combined. He even did some construction work on a small door to our crawl space to prevent any rats from getting in there. Kudos to him, and I hope to see him again.
