Fantastic! Rose was patient, thorough, and explained things very well. I definitely recommend their service; they clearly care about making sure each customer is taken care of properly unlike the big companies who just want to check you off the list.
We had a small mouse problem and they helped us to figure out what was going on and set up a solution to deal with them. I actually believe them when they say they will come out if i have an issue! Amazing!

Although they were super responsive from the initial inquiry, I was then bombarded with non stop calls and text messages to the point where I just ended up ignoring them and hired a less than aggressive company to manage my issue.

They completed the job. However, were pushy attempting to get me to sign up for repetitive services. Also, a sales person showed up at my house during dinner time, thinking I was a neighbor and tried to promote their business, not realizing I was the house they had scheduled to service. At the door they said, “Hey, your neighbor (my name) has a problem with ___” which was awkward.
