- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide transparent pricing to our customers with hundreds of line items if the job is going through home owner's insurance. We provide simple yet transparent pricing to our customers that wish to pay for our services out of pocket. Now through the end of January 2025 we are offering a 20% discount to customers paying out of pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free on-site estimates to our customers. We make determinations if the loss could (key word) be covered by the home owner's insurance. We handle all communication with the home owner's insurance and settle on the cost of the process with the insurance company directly representing the customer's best interests. Alternatively we can submit a standard simple bid to the homeowner and proceed per the best industry standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Russ graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2017. He has been in the construction industry since 2014 working with large commercial general contractors as well as small residential contractors. He is IICRC certified as a Water Remediation Technician he has attended classes relating to the field of Water Damage Restoration every year to learn new and innovative restoration techniques.
