- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a more accurate estimate of your project feel free to contact us. I’ll be more than happy to answer all your questions! Regarding the fees, we’re applying sale taxes to each service, as is required by the government. Some the Payment methods such as PayPal, Square, and Stripe will surcharge up to a 3,5% fee. I have to mention a cancellation fee of $85 in case the customer canceled the project at the last minute or we are not able to complete the project of circumstances beyond our control.
