- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and includes labor, materials (if provided by us), and Washington state sales tax (10.3%). We require a 50% deposit once the work starts, and the remaining 50% upon completion. We don’t charge hidden fees, and we stand by the value of our work with a 1-year warranty on most services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a site visit to understand the project goals and inspect the current condition. Then, we provide a clear, detailed estimate with transparent pricing. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep you informed throughout the process, and complete the project with a final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, painting, and carpentry. I’ve worked with a wide range of materials and techniques, especially in the Pacific Northwest climate, which has shaped my approach to durability and finish.
