Introduction: Team Eastside FC is the home of the "Original 101" series of classes for all skill levels and ages, starting with boxing, muay Thai, and Grappling 101. Moreover, we have a KO kids' program for kids aging 8 to 13 years old; we also offer Seibukan karate.
Team Eastside has an active fight team, US boxing, muay thai, karate, grappling and MMA. Our advance classes have contact and sparring drills with the fighter in mind.
