I felt so lucky to have Carter as my personal trainer. This was my very first gym experience and I was looking for someone to help build my confidence, provide guidance on nutrition, teach me new exercises while correcting my form along the way. Carter was able to do that for me within 3 sessions. He was so accommodating, I never felt embarrassed about getting things wrong. It was such a positive learning experience. I also have to give kudos on his level of expertise on working out, hitting the right muscle groups and how to grow them, what it means to be calorie deficit, and nutrition. I learned so much with him in such a short span on time, I don't know if I would have figured it all out on my own. Whether you are first starting out in the gym or are experienced, I'd highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a personal trainer :)

I was up front with Carter about my goal (to look great for my 50th birthday vacation 5 months off) and between his workouts and his diet direction, I ended up at exactly the place I wanted to. I lost 20 lbs and obviously gained a bunch of muscle/tone. I worked out 3 days a week with Carter during those 5 months (and still have one session a week now) and each workout pushed me but didn't break me. Carter is punctual, very accommodating on the rare occasion where I need to reschedule, and all around a really nice guy. Beyond my goal of looking good at one point in time, the hard work I put in with Carter leveled me up health- and fitness-wise and kicked off an ongoing habit of working out. I'm really grateful for that.

Have been training with Carter for over a year, and can’t be happier with the results and the training sessions. The training sessions are always fun and effective. He is a very skilled and wonderful trainer. Very knowledgeable and talented at what he does. He’ll work with you to achieve your fitness and nutritional goals, and truly cares about your results. Carter is the best!

Carter has changed my life. I have lost 25+ lbs and gained muscles which makes me look aesthetically much better than what I was before. I have lost weight before but it used to make me feel weak and that weight use to come back in 6-12 months. I learned a new technique in my sessions with Carter where I ended up gaining muscles + lost 25+ lbs by just being in calorie deficit. I would highly recommend Relentless training/Carter if you are looking for some expert opinion on health and fitness.
