I had an old shingle roof on my Redmond home that was close to 50 years old, and of course, it started leaking right as Seattles rainy season was about to begin. Perfect timing, right?Wilson from Mass & Mass came out to inspect it, gave me a competitive estimate, and had the roof replacement scheduled just a few days later. Then his crew showed up and honestly, it felt like a SWAT team had descended on my house in the best possible way. Clean, organized, focused, and crazy fast. It was almost like watching a movie.Within three days, I had a brand-new roof with a 20-year warranty. Apparently, I wasnt the only one impressed. A few neighbors texted me asking, Who are these guys? One of them even hired Mass & Mass to do his roof too probably because of the movie-like SWAT-team impression, but definitely because of the price, speed, and quality of the work.Then Wilson and his team saved me a second time.When I decided to sell my home, I suddenly had a long pre-listing punch list from my real estate agent and only a short window to get everything done. Wilsons team jumped in again. Cen and his brother Aidan handled the outside perimeter walls, deck, yard, locks, and more while Mario and his crew took care of the interior work, including doors, painting, electrical, appliances, and all the little details that matter when getting a home ready to list.From the moment I decided to sell, we were able to plan, source materials, schedule crews, and complete the work in about three weeks.
