Because we are both a residential cleaning company and a janitorial company, our cleaners are specially trained with an eye for detail. We do the extra work many other maid services don't provide. Promise #2: You are fully safe and secure with us. - We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. - All of our employees go through detailed criminal background checks and reference checks, and they are covered under our worker's comp insurance (not yours). - All of our clients' keys are kept locked in a safe and they are individually tagged and anonymously coded. The keys may only be signed out on the day of service by an authorized employee who has completed training and background checks. Promise #3: You are hiring a local company, not a chain or franchise! - The owners are on the jobs themselves weekly, and personally monitor every client. Promise #4: We speak English! - Nothing is more frustrating than having difficulty communicating your wishes with your cleaning company. We ensure all of our housekeepers speak English well and can handle just about any request you have of them.
