- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we try to do with new students is understand exactly what their goals and dreams are. We have helped customers achieve many of their goals but we first need to k ow what they are.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The majority of our 16 teacher team are current and former professional dancers. Learning and teaching dance has been part of our lives since we were all young. We being these years of experience to every lesson and class.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our Ballroom is large and this we have different types of clients. We work with hundreds of wedding couples every year. We also have an extensive choice of group classes for adults and for all levels. In addition, we host 3 social dance parties every week, which are some of the most popular and well attended in the Northwest. We also have many pro-am students. Pro-am stands for Professional-Amateur couple, where the teacher and student compete as a couple against other teachers and their students. Lastly, we have one of the most successful youth programs in the country. We start the kids at 4 years old and from any level.
