Chris is an amazing teacher! I have been attending her yoga classes for several years now and I find her instructions very easy to follow and very motivating. She is very patient with her students and she is great at encouraging everyone to focus on their body in order to get the maximum benefit from the class. She is always professional and punctual. She keeps everyone informed of the schedule and the cost of her classes are very reasonable.

I do yoga with Chris about once a week, and I always look forward to it. Her practice is accessible enough for a beginner like me, but she provides enough options that several more advanced yogis also get a great deal of value out of the practice. I would recommend her for yogis of all experience levels!

I love Chris' yoga class. She provides enough consistency to improve poses, but enough weekly variation to learn new poses and keep it challenging. Her class is the first class after years of doing yoga where I was finally able to do crow pose. I highly recommend Yoga by Chris!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We all know that good health is priceless! How much are you able and willing to invest in your wellness? Are you ready to make a commitment to your health? My prices are always better when your purchase a package of private or semi-private sessions. Buying in packages helps us commit to your practice. I do this because you will see better results with repeated sessions. If you are interested in committing to a package, I do offer a COMPLIMENTARY session to see what it is all about and see if we are a good fit. And If you have an awesome employer who provides reimbursement for fitness investments, I can provide you a receipt for that. How great is that! Of course, one-time sessions are available! Please message me for any questions and pricing options, no obligation!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When I meet a new client I like to have a phone or in-person meeting to get to know you and discuss your goals. We schedule an intro session to get to know you better. From there I can design series to fit your needs. Each session will be built upon the previous to meet your goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    200 hours yoga teacher training completed in 2012. 20 hours yin yoga intensive teacher training. 25 hours Mindfresh training. About 100-plus hours of workshops and self-studies to increase my knowledge. Hundreds of hours of hands-on teaching students - the best education!
