- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We all know the value of good health. It is priceless! How much are you able and willing to invest in your wellness? Are you ready to make a commitment to your health? My rates reflect the value of my teachings. If you are interested in committing to a package, I do offer a COMPLIMENTARY session to see what it is all about and see if we are a good fit. My prices are always better when your purchase a package sessions. Buying in packages keeps you committed to your practice. I do this because you will see better results with repeated sessions and save money. And If you have an awesome employer who provides reimbursement for fitness investments, I can provide you a receipt for that. How great is that! Of course, one-time sessions are available! Please message me for any questions and pricing options, no obligation and no pressure. I am very low key.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect here, I then like to have a phone or in-person meeting to chat and discuss your needs and goals. We can schedule the complimentary intro session so I can get to know you better. From there I can design lessons to fit your needs. Each session will be built upon the previous to meet your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 hours yoga teacher training completed in 2012. 20 hours yin yoga intensive teacher training. 25 hours Mindfresh training. 20 hours breathwork training. Great for the nervous system! About 100-plus hours of workshops and self-studies to increase my knowledge. Hundreds of hours of hands-on teaching students - the best education!
