Date of Incident 08/07/24 Dmitriy Shashyn of Troubleshooters Appliance Repair is a man you can trust to get the job done right and quick! He saved our Son’s graduation party when our refrigerator broke down Saturday afternoon as we were stocking it with food for the party on Sunday. “What to do?” After a nervous Google search I clicked the top link which put me in touch with Dmitriy Shashyn of Troubleshooters Appliance Repair. I called him at 4 PM in the afternoon as he was finishing up his last appointment. When he heard my situation he came straight away to my house arriving around 30 minutes later. He was able to find the problem very quickly and just happened to have the correct part to fix my refrigerator. We are so grateful to him for his excellent service and dedication to his profession and his customers. Thank you Dmitriy. I’ll be using Troubleshooters Appliance Repair for all of my appliance maintenance from now on as Dmitriy is a full service appliance repair technician. He communicates very well the problem with your appliance and what is needed to resolve the issue including cost and time. I had a problem with my Samsung dryer. Didn't get warm! One of my friends recommended Troubleshooters to me. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
📝 First we need to know the name of the appliance, brand, description of the problem and your zipcode. 📅 Then we will make an appointment and send a technician to diagnose the problem. 🔍 When our technician finds the cause of the problem, he will provide you an estimate for the repair. ☑️ If you confirm the estimate, we do not charge you a service call and provide 15% discount for the labor if you our new customer.
