We were absolutely pleased with FreeRain! They were punctual, professional and AWESOME!! Quality of the music superb!!! We danced the night away! They helped with use of their mic and the ceremony needs. We want them back just to hear them again and experience it all over!Aug 31, 2017Verified

I am a bit of an audiophile so I'm picky about music and bands. These guys are excellent musicians. They have an extensive list of songs they cover and each song was played extraordinarily well. Definitely recommend them to a friend; but I don't have to because my friends were here and they loved the band too. Dave Orr Kelso WaAug 1, 2017Verified

We have scheduled Free Rain for our community event for TEN YEARS! It's amazing to have a band who is so consistent with their performance, contemporary with their music, and committed to each other. We book early, and they always save a date for us each year. Very entertaining and engaging. The community's enthusiasm for them and theirs for the audience is wonderful.Feb 15, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We generally charge $1500 and up for a performance. Much of the "and Up" is related to what overall services the client wants, how far we have to travel, what equipment is required, etc. I prefer to discuss the event with the client as completely as possible before I give out a firm quote. That way, the client understands exactly what is involved in hiring a band. As with anything, you get what you pay for and we prefer to perform for people who know what they want and with us they will receive exactly that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to provide as much information as I can when contacted by a new customer. Due to my extensive experience in all kinds of events, I can often save the client time and money by assisting them with some of the details of their event. I mainly want the client to feel that whenever they contact me that I will respond to them quickly all along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Free Rain has been performing professionally since 1993 at all kiinds of events. Enough said.
