We hired them for replacement of electric hot tank which is placed in the closet. Erica who gave me a quote and also set up appointment was quick and very nice. Also, Don who installed the hot tank, was very nice. The installation went smooth. New hot tank looks great and the price is good. There is no review on Thumbtack but see many good reviews on Nextdoor site.

From the first phone call to the final bill McClendon's people and services exceeded expectations while providing fast, friendly service at best prices. Woke up at 4:45 am to a leaking water heater. Posted on Thumbtack and got a response from Taylor who alerted me to the water heater specials. Their prices were better than anyone could offer and they walked me through considerations for a tankless heater and add-Ins possibly needed for this job. Scheduled for the next day and friendly knowledgeable service person showed up right on time and performed the work admirably. All round highest marks.

The process to schedule the installation was little difficult as I was put on hold few times. But the installation and the service itself was really good. Don installed the water heater and he was very detailed with his work and took the time to install it the right way!
