After stalling on a DIY kitchen remodel, we knew we needed a true professional — and Serg & Demetrie from Carpenter4You was the perfect choice. Our original cabinets weren’t standard size, and I wanted to upgrade to a more modern European style. Serg brought not only his years of cabinetry expertise but also an incredible eye for design possibilities I never imagined. For example, a narrow cabinet I thought could only store cookie sheets became a custom spice rack! He also helped us choose the perfect classic stain and even designed symmetrical custom cabinets near the stove that look like they were always meant to be there. Throughout the process, Serg was responsive, professional, and respectful of our home. He covered our floors, left the workspace spotless each day, and even surprised us by properly installing our dishwasher (which the store never actually hooked up). His ability to use affordable materials while making everything look high-end speaks volumes about his skill and artistry. I’m already thinking of other projects Carpenter4You can help us with.

"Carpenter 4 You" did an AMAZING job on the these 4 custom-made floating shelves for my game systems and controllers. The shelves are sleek in design and made of high quality wood. On top of that, the holders for the controllers were 3-D printed to perfection. I loved working with Serg and Dmitri on this project because they exuded the upmost professional demeanor and really took the time and precision to make these look incredible. They even installed the shelves for me and consulted me on the look and feel throughout the process. I couldn't be happier and I'd recommend them for any and all woodworking needs!

My husband and I live in a small historic (1929) condo with steam radiators and limited space.  The existing radiator cover was narrow (narrow enough that our more chonky cat would sleep on it and occasionally fall off it).   We commissioned Serg to build a custom radiator cover/window seat, and he did such an amazing job!  It is now 16” deep, very sturdy, and he even repurposed the grills from the old radiator cover.  He and Dima installed it last week, and it’s so beautiful! Our experience with Serg (and Dima) was great, start to finish.  As the other reviews say, he is true to his word — he charges the price he quotes at the start, and the turnaround was quick once it was our turn in the queue. We will definitely have Carpenter4You back, with no hesitation whatsoever.  The cats love it too! (photos are before and after)

This was our 2nd project with Serg, so we knew the quality would be excellent. What I've learned to really appreciate is his recommendations that seem small, but make a huge impact. Serg lowered the existing cabinets to be more custom with the washer/dryer and added the trim piece on top. Those two adjustments made our cabinets look much higher end. He also painted all of the cabinets and re-drilled new holes for the pulls. The shelves are beautiful and extremely sturdy. They alsocan be removed if needed. Overall, a wonderful transformation from a stale boring room to a nice space. Looking forward to project #3 in the future- highly recommended!
