Anton was very responsive and easy to communicate with over text, and he was flexible in working with our budget, which we really appreciated. He mentioned it was their first time cleaning an EPDM rubber flat roof, and overall, the quality of the work was good. We especially liked receiving before-and-after photos of the job. That said, there were a few issues. Some spots on the roof were missed—possibly due to its unusual shape—and we expected the edges to be scrubbed more thoroughly. We were also surprised to find all the wet debris dumped in our trash bin and one of their garbage bags placed in the recycling bin. We ended up having to transfer everything into the compost bin ourselves, which was a hassle since the debris was wet and heavy. Additionally, we had to wash our trash bin afterward, and we noticed a section of tape on the roof had been ripped off, we assume during the power washing. Anton did send a summary of the work via text once they were finished, which was helpful, but they left immediately afterward without a face-to-face walkthrough. We're more used to contractors explaining their work in person before leaving, so the quick departure felt a bit abrupt. Overall, the communication and pricing were great, and the quality of work was decent—just a few improvements needed in attention to detail and debris disposal.
