My prices are fair i dont like to take advantage of people but i also dont like to be taken advantage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be honest and straight to the point, asking how much are they willing to pay then i work with them so they get a good price and is fair for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in apartment as a maintenance supervisor for over 10 years i did thousands of service requests all the way from replacing a light fixture to repairing appliances and drywall patch and anything that could break in a apt home.
