**Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend** (Very sneaky and dishonest)
I had a very frustrating experience. The contractor quoted \$45/hour but showed up with another person and expected me to pay for both — without prior notice. He initially claimed the job would take 22 hours and require a return visit, but they finished everything in just 9 hours. Despite this, he still tried to charge me for the full 22 hours.
When I came to check on the progress, only one person was actively working, yet I was still billed for two workers. I ended up paying for 9 hours at double the rate to account for both, even though it didn't add up.
On top of that, he smoked on-site, left cigarette butts in my front yard, and made offhand remarks like, *“Not many people in America are willing to work late 👌.”* The overall attitude was rude, manipulative, and unprofessional.
He also never gave me an invoice, even though I requested on the following day.
The only positive is that the job was completed — but based on this experience, I would not hire him again.
