(Some jobs should be done by a licensed electrician or plumber) 2. Will I be in your area on the scheduled date? (I don’t charge for travel time because I schedule my days for either Seattle, east Sound, or South Sound) You may be creating an impossible commute between appointments because instant booking doesn’t tell you where I am geographically on a given day.

I hired Steve to fix a squeaky floor in one of my bedrooms. He was quick to respond and we easily set up a mutually agreeable time. While the job took longer than anticipated- the floor was pesky and we didn’t get all the squeaks silenced, it’s miles better! Steve explained his approach and was very professional throughout his time in my home. I plan to have him back to tackle several other home maintenance tasks! He was a pleasure to work with.
