We have (3) bubble machines on our truck for so much fun! We show up with bubbles!

We do residential (up to 3 stories) and commercial (up to 2 stories) window cleaning services. We also clean gutters out by hand or vacuum (to help to not get much materials on the house) and Install/Remove Holiday Lights..
We wear booties in your home if we enter to not leave a mess..
We do straight cleaning such as removing dust, dirt, bird droppings, and insect leavings off of window panes. We do additional pricing for paint removals.
We are licensed and insured.

Fast, fantastic service with lots and lots of bubbles!! Yes, bubbles blowing out of their van!! Anyone with children will love the care they take to delight the little ones on top of doing a quality job!

Adam responded within the hour and was able to schedule me in later in the same day - really terrific for an Open House. He was prompt and fun to talk with and he after he did his magic, I thought he was a magician - my windows disappeared! Quick, efficient and professional, with an attitude that he likes what he does. His rates were affordable, and below any of the other companies that sent me a bid. I recommend Adams Window Cleaning for not only windows, but check out his list of services...they are extensive and he is attentive to every detail.

Love the bubble truck...I have six grandchildren and this keeps them entertained the whole time the windows are being washed! Our exterior and interior windows are now spotless!

Adam and his wife have taken care of my car dealership in Kirkland for many years, they now do our Chrysler Jeep Hyundai store in North Seattle, they even do our personal home once a year. I cannot recommend them enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 30 % discount on all our labor pricing to regular customers in Late fall through Winter...It is a prepaid discount..They pay for services at 30% off in Late Fall through winter, then use the service in Spring, Summer, or Fall in the next year..The money paid never expires and can be refunded at any time...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We show up with bubbles everywhere. we have (3) bubble machines on our truck..Then we give your dogs lambs lung chips for a dog treat...Then we give the new customer some bubbles with our name on them (like people normally give pens and calendars)...Then we walk around the home inspecting with the customer the windows we are going to clean..Then the cleaning begins..Then we leave...After...We contact you on the seasons by email/text/phone to see if you are looking for more service,,,
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years working in customer service/ sales areas..I love people and paper..
