Tribal Guys started out great with good communication, being very responsive. However, exactly 1 week out from the date of the job of moving our hot tub 2.5 miles away, they reached out and tried to increase the already approved and agreed upon rate by $250. They stated that they did not consider the size of my hot tub and needed more equipment and people. I did provide very good details and pictures of the job and hot tub up front stating that it was a very large hot tub. And before I could respond to the increased demands of money, they turned around and canceled my job quoting safety hazards without even consulting me in person. I feel like they really put me in a jam given that with less then a week to plan now to move my hot tub, there is no way I will find someone with an opening this late now. I booked this jobs weeks ago and am now left with a job that I am not sure how I will make happen. One of the worst business practices I have had to deal with in a very long time. I would look to use someone else for your job.
