- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for my services is $65/hr, but I’m currently offering discounts. My current fee is only $50/hr. My policy is to receive payment within 24 hours of the completed service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free phone consultation is always the first step, just to get a feel for the job and the client. Being on the same page is important! I always try to approach each job with a lot of care and patience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in fine art. I have a good eye for design (color, furniture planning/layout, scale), and I love to organize. The two marry well.
